Erick Bartoldus set the bar for what a BMX team manager should be. Not only did he provide support, but he also coached his riders to get the best out of them. He also taught them the importance of what it meant to be a member of his team. But before that, he was an accomplished racer, cutting his teeth in the ultra competitive Florida BMX scene.
